They rearranged (reassigned) some of the
names of choices on W10 from where they HAD been since W3.1
W10 also presents a different view depending on how you come at it. (XP allowed the choice (grouping?) and stuck with it until changed)
And, Yes, they are dumbing down operation of a computer, just like they are doing over at Google with Cars.
