There is no way on the device to find all books with annotations. You can search the annotations, but that is searching for all annotations that contain the search term. You could add an annotation with something like "Here be annotations" to search for.

There are several ways to save the annotations when the device is connected to the PC. I have listed them in the past, so a search should find them.
