Edit: There might be a problem with the driver configuration caused by using the incompatible versions. If you see an error opening the configuration of the extended driver after installing the attached version, please close calibre and delete the configuration file. This is in the calibre configuration directory and is called "device_drivers_KOBOTOUCHEXTENDED.py".

David is this issue causing the collections not being updated on the Kobo ereaders? I've been away for a few weeks and today sent a few books to both my Glo and H20 and only some populated collections. I've since realized nearly 200 books already on my H20 have been removed from their collections.
I've posted on the calibre devices sub forum before i saw this, but i don't know if they are connected.
Edited to say I've updated to 2.6.2 and updated the plugins and it's still a problem tonight.
