Please disregard my previous post in this spot.

I had not read all of the blurb and, and made an assumption based upon what I thought the title of the book is saying--I completely misunderstood the point of the book. I thought that the title is tongue-in-cheek, making an understatement with the $2 figure. I was thinking that it is a book describing how people in America could live ultra cheap, if they wanted to.
