@kleinjar: AFAIK, it's still doable manually. The instructions are still mostly accurate for everything pertaining to margins, it's the font size stuff which changed significantly.

EDIT: Said instructions are from @kaznelson, somewhere after his attachment in the JBPatch thread. I vaguely remember someone putting all of it together in a new thread recently-ish, but I might have dreamed that
