That's interesting. In Bluefire Reader, when you adjust brightness, it only affects the app, not the entire device. In Hyphen and BookMaster, there's a toggle that let's you choose whether the brightness setting affects only the app or the entire device. Are you saying this setting hurts battery life?

What I'm trying to do is adjust the brightness in Marvin without it changing the brightness for the entire device. I find that every time I leave Marvin, I have to re-adjust the brightness for the device, then when I go back to Marvin, I have to re-adjust the brightness for Marvin, then when I leave Marvin, I have to re-adjust the device brightness again, etc. etc.
Also, not sure if this is new for 3.0.3, but I'm finding that when I switch from Landscape to Portrait or vice versa, the page location shifts dramatically and I totally lose my place. For example, this morning I was at page 222 of 482 (46% overall) in portrait mode, but when flipped to landscape mode, it put me at page 207 of 482 (43% overall).
