All of my books are in the same azw3 format and all have covers in their Calibre database. However, when I use the Calibre OPDS server to download the books to my Kindle Voyage, thumbnail covers randomly fail to show up on the device.

When loaded via USB, all have covers. When downloaded from the content server, only *some* have covers and I can't figure out what the x-factor is in the equation.

Suggestions?
