Kobo Ireland has a 'Special Offers' deal starting at 88€:

There are 10 Kobo pages of ebooks, and at least five of those pages are 2.77€ and under. A lot are 99€.

Unfortunately there is no genre sort, and whilst they appear mixed there seem to be a lot of Romance genre types.
