Install the Comics app from Comixology (subsidiary of Amazon). Most comics (including the one you cite) can be read with either the Kindle app or Comics app. The latter has smoother panel navigation (Guided View) and organizes comics series for you, and it has something very much like Page Flip in terms of being able to navigate thumbnails.
One thing I wish they would straighten out with the ecosystem is that when you buy from Amazon, it (usually, but with some exceptions) shows up in Comics app as well, but when you buy from Comixology, it doesn't show up in Kindle library. Also when you purchase from Comixology, many titles can be downloaded as DRM free PDF files. But you have to choose which feature you want: ability to read with Kindle or Comics app (if you buy from Amazon), or the PDF download (if you buy from Comixology).
