This could be a pricing error. I'm sure this is fairly new.
I find her an excellent writer. She does good suspense.

It's part of their new "meet the author" promo where each month they offer a book free for 48 hours so you can try the selected author out. It should be free at Amazon, iBooks & B&N at a minimum.
