Get this - the Kindle Dept told me the Seller should refund my purchase in 24 - 48 hours. So I said, wait, who is the Seller, not Amazon? To which the rep said the seller was "Amazon Digital Services".
I guess it's like at work when I order something with the wrong cost code and get yelled at because I used the wrong departmental code so the item would be charged to another department in my section. To me it all comes out of the same pot, but well, not necessarily so.  |
Thank you. You saved me some aggravation as I was going to try to purchase like you did and see if it would go through. Well duh. Shouldn't have gone through then.
reason I was confused is because it specifies something about if you have had multiple deals on this before you are not eligible. I only had one deal, not multiple, so I was confused.
I still have a year and I will use the heck out of it. So much more in KU now than the first time I had it when they first started the program. Montlake has so much more now and so many authors have gone in, especially with series. It makes great for binge reading.
So I guess Amazon is fragmented as far as departments and one hand doesn't know what the other foot does? Allrighty then.
