Perhaps GM or NiLuJe does.
I usually use a linux VM running in VirtualBox for stuff like that. It supports USB pass-through (though unreliable with kubrick because of the fast USB mode switch). However, I have also had success using a windows version of netcat. I like to gzip the data stream so it transfers faster over the USB bandwidth bottleneck, but that is optional. There are examples of moving data with netcat in my in my "geekmaster kindle video player" thread. The problem is that you want to be in diags to capture main, and getting there without writing jailbreak stuff on main might be difficult. I have not done that on recent "factory fresh" firmware. I need to go check out your capture instructions (though busy getting ready for "doctor stuff").
