So I splurged on the US$40 (about Can$50, for me) on the Regex Magic one, that we also talked about -- the "Regex for Total Morons" version of the "Regex for Dummies" one you mentioned
-- and I'm utterly clueless! Even with the tutorials (help files) in it, I can't figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do with it. It's worse than the first time I opened Photoshop, decades ago -- and
that I was able to grasp reasonably quickly.
I'll try to give it another shot sometime, but just thought I'd let you know my first impressions of it (even though you're using the "dummies" program, not this "total morons" one that I got).
I'm frustrated...
