Factory reset does not destroy files. It just hides them and marks their allocation units as "available".

Please unerase demo.bin before copying files to the shared USB drive. Overwiting a deleted file WILL destroy it. Even if you did copy files to the drive, it may still be there on the drive. I hope it is still intact.

There are many free tools that can recover this file if its disk sectors have not been overwritten.
