I know. I wish people had an understanding of the words "at your own risk". I put it in every agreement
in really fine print in a colour close to invisible and so it's not as if they didn't already know.

Very true, though most don't realise it. I just cut out the middle man/vampire/werewolf (There! There wolf! There castle!) and just advertise "Only vampires need apply". (Of course, any critical reference to legal folk excludes those like our own, wonderful Ricky: the crazy cat legal lady).
