Apparently this was written several years ago; however, it has a new introduction.

I am not pushing any agenda. I'm posting it because it is timely (for folks in the U.S.), and represents a huge savings over the digital version available at Amazon. I'd post a comparable book with a comparable deal (free) if it was by Hillary Clinton.
