With your assurance and a toonie, I can get a coffee at Tim Hortons.

From what he wrote, Peter is running a Fast Ring insider preview and not the RTM flavour of Windows 10.

I have seen on and off issues with the Insider Preview builds using Calibre to connect to my Kobo. For me, the 14376 release does not seem to be able to mount the internal storage of my H2O. It shows me a blank USB drive and wants me to insert a disk. Disk Management shows a 3.17BG unallocated disk. On the bright side, it does mount the external uSD card as an accessible device. This is running in a virtual machine using VMWare Workstation Pro so I may be looking at USB incompatibilities between VMWare and the Insider Preview.
