I wasn't totally sure this was legit, but went ahead and crossed my fingers, followed the link, and provided my email to the "Margery Allingham Mailing List". A little while later (after verification), I got a response from Camilla Shestopal at Peters Fraser & Dunlop, which is a legitimate literary agency in the UK that appears to administer the Margery Allingham estate. The short story is
Caeser's Wife's Elephant, and although I haven't had a chance to read it yet, it is an Albert Campion story. The email indicates that this story, "until now, has been seen only by the Margery Allingham society".
