That's Evernote, Dropbox, Google Docs for the price of Dropbox, with office for FREE
If you use Windows Live Mail client with a Hotmail, live.com or outlook.com email account, Microsoft is offering a free year of Office 365 to help migrate to the new platform. I took advantage of it. They sent an email about the changes to your outlook, live or Hotmail account. The free offer is in the fine print so it's easy to miss.
