Both phones offer a model with double the onboard storage:

$50 -- Blu R1 HD --> 1GB RAM | 8GB ROM
$60 -- Blu R1 HD --> 2GB RAM | 16GB ROM
$150 -- Moto G 4 --> 2GB RAM | 16GB ROM
$180 -- Moto G 4 --> 2GB RAM | 32GB ROM

I don't know anything about the quality of Blu, but spending the extra $10 to double the RAM and storage is definitely worth it; even though it has a card slot.

The Moto G only doubles the storage and it's an additional $30. Since it has a card slot, that may or may not be worth it.
