What do you mean by "soft-bricked" ?

The update_*.bin from Amazon does require all the files you need to recover the Kindle, with the exception of the 'diags' system and kernel.
But bricking your Kindle does not involve anything which would damage the 'diags' system and kernel.

So either what you mean by "soft-bricked" is not accurate, or you don't need what you are asking for.

Plus -
The 'diags' system and kernel contains copyrighted materials which is against site policy here to redistribute without the copyright holder's permission.
