If the problem is a book "My Early Life", then there is indeed something weird happening. The book exists before the fix. In addition, the author's name exists (existed) with two different cases. It seems that the book was resent on the 18th using the "broken" file path. CC attempted to delete a non-existent file. It gets murkier from there.

Sigh...

Thanks again. At least now I know that I don't completely understand how the SAF messes with file names.
