At 21 hrs on the job, I get 3 wks vacation and 2 wks sick, which acccrue, plus 3 "personal holiday" days that expire every year on June 30. I use all of that time for fun!
Which explains why I don't have any paid sick time for all of these days I've missed out lately. But we've had a lot of good vacations, and it's well worth missing a few days of pay.
