Clipboard utilities are most often run as start up tasks, or perhaps shell extensions, or maybe even firefox extensions. The only way to find it will be via a process of elimination. Start up tasks and shell extensions are normally setup when software is installed.
Firefox is easy to eliminate as likely cause, exit it and retest
In Task Manager->Start-up you can disable start-up tasks
Using this ==>>
ShellExView you can disable shell extensions.
