I never understood those burner covers!! I often have 3 burners going at the same time. Black rings of whatever those elements are made of are not that ugly to me. It would just cause unnecessary removing and replacing every time I had to cook. Seems like a waste of time to me. But I still see them for sale at the Grocery and Dollar stores.
