didn't have a faulty device. I think I'm just gonna wait out the new Kobo rather than going through the exchange process. In all honesty I just don't care as much/am not as discerning as when I got my Voyage. Particularly as they aren't even being sold in Aussie shops any more - they used to be sold at Officeworks but it looks like they don't sell them any more? Which is strange, they sold out very quickly...
I do find interesting however that Amazon Germany outright declines any exchanges of ereaders, only refunds. Obviously they are the most discerning nation
