OK, that's a better definition that what I quickly found. I have no idea if there is such a dictionary. Iif there is, and it can be converted to the appropriate format, it can be loaded and the Kobo dictionary support should find them. The current dictionaries probably don't have many, but as they support multiple word lookup, a dictionary of collocations should work.
