I had to look up what collocation meant in language terms. And it doesn't seem to have anything to do with a thesaurus. So, I'm not sure what you are after.

But, the Kobo dictionary already supports collocations. The supplied English dictionary includes some, but I have no idea how many. Just occasionally I select two or three words and a definition pops up. One I do know is in the dictionary, is "buffalo soldier".
