For the genre custom column, I decided against the steps described in the tutorial as every book can be in multiple genres and I did not want to create multipe genre custom columns.
Is there a known way to prepopulate a list of values for a custom column and then be able to not only select one but multiple entries from this list?
The proposed search string only works in calibres main window, the behavior within the metadata editor is different. Let's stick with the "Health_Sport_Fitness" genre that is one of may. When I type "Hea", the genre is proposed as a selectable option, but not when I type "spo" or "*spo*".
Search within the metadata editor only happens for "<search text>*", not for "*<search text>*" - is there a known way to change this?
