@Atunah: There's no separate azw3 file to send. You still send a mobi. But if it's a dual-mobi file, it will contain an azw3 version and a mobi version side the one file.
To make a dual-mobi, open the conversion window and select MOBI as the output format. Then go to the "MOBI Output" setting (second from the bottom on the left-hand side). Under "MOBI file type" you can select old, both or new. If you select "both," the resulting file will contain both mobi and azw3. If you want WhisperSync, make sure "Enable sharing" is unchecked.
Just be aware that there are quirks to mobi-both, the biggest disadvantage being no book covers. So there are trade-offs.
