So, B&N, who can't seem to make money in the business they are actually in, are going to try in a business they have no idea about.
A restaurant, especially a big one (which is what these are going to have to be in order to make enough money to 'save' a national listed company), is a lot different than running cafes in bookstores.
Maybe they think that B&N customers have to be drunk in order to buy books there...
