Knowing the Edina location very well I'd have to think they'll need to either a) completely gut it and start over to implement this or b) plan on building a new store to replace the current one. It's one of their older, smaller, stores compared to many and unless they're going to really cut the book space would need something much bigger than it currently is (perhaps the restaurant will be in an adjoining space in the mall?).
