I read your reply to my query and went to the manual. Couple things.
1. my email worked before about ver 2.55. Only when I updated did it stop working.
2. I misread the requirement about the formats that Kindle would accept and thought that it HAD to be AWZ3 so I added that but when I read further I saw that format WAS NOT acceptable so I just removed it (same results). Not sure how to edit the formats and had to remove the email address and re-add it to get the AWZ3 off of the formats.
3. I'm using Outlook with a Comcast email account the so Gmail would not be a problem. I do have GMail also but don't use it except to receive email into my inbox (never SEND by gmail).
Hopefully this will give you more insite to my issue because this I a real problem for me not being able to send my books to my Kindle easily as before.
