Do you have a (detailed) tutorial for native downgrading of a Kindle Paperwhite 2 2GB that is already jailbroken (with current firmware 5.7.3)?

And how do I find out what was the original firmware it has shipped with? (I think it was either 5.4.5.1 or 5.4.4.2 or smth like that but not sure what, and wondering where I could confirm)
