I really wish Amazon would make a "
cheap budget voyage" with real physical buttons again. I've tried a few store demos of touch-only e-readers and I simply don't like having to put my finger on the screen and back off to skip to the next page. With my NT Kindle I just keep holding the device and simply apply slightly more pressure with the joint of my thumb. No need to move your finger around, easy as pie. The only thing I want on my Kindle 4 is a backlight. But $200 for an ereader (voyage) is simply too expensive for my tastes, particularly because i was not able to find a store demo of the voyage to see if the touch sensitive PagePress sensors would deliver a similar satisfying feedback like the hardware buttons
Either way, the bluetooth connectivity on this thing sounds like a great idea for visually impaired people, kudos for accesibility here, amazon. Not something I am going to need, though.
While I am far from filling the 2Gb of my kindle (in fact, I should have more than half of that available, still) I can see how the jump to 4Gb can be benefical for power readers.
