It's 4am and I'm wide awake. We just had an hour long thunderstorm pass. Even with earplugs in I could hear it raining. Lightning struck the nearby church tower once, not only did you hear it but you could also feel it. Unfortunately it hasn't cooled down much, it's still warm and sticky.
More thunderstorms are predicted for later today. But first I'll try to get a couple of hours of sleep in.
