What publishers qualify for a credit?
If you bought any books during the time period (2011 - 2013 I think) from Penguin, Macmillan, Simon and Schuster, Harper Collins and Hachette you should be eligible for the credit. Random House was the only large publisher that was not involved in the case. It also did not apply to any self-pubbed books or books from smaller publishers like Samhain.

Amazon's process is seamless but I don't know how the other online bookstores handled it.
