If they data mine "no information" then what kind of "informationless" data do they mine? The only data that I can think of that fits this description is /dev/zero or /dev/urandom.

If their computers do not have access to the un-encrypted password (which is not encrypted), then what non-computer device do they store it on?

Though the admission to data mining sounds ominous, don't all companies do that as their main profit center these days?

Not so much double-speak as BS-speak, IMHO. Or just plain old-fashioned <expletive deleted>... Why did they even bother sending that reply? How did it get past their legal department?
