Cool. If you mean apply formatting to all books is coming as a button, perhaps you'd consider it default. Maybe there are some reasons to have it separate for each book, but I can't think of a reason and having it be the same, even if it's setting, by default seems more sensible.
I'll send a book shortly. There are more but one should be enough to get started. Thanks Kris.
