Just get any reader that can browse directories and then "save to disk" the books from Calibre.
This is an example of "save to disk" template
{author_sort:.1}/{authors}/{series:|# |}/{series_index:0>3s|| - }{title} - {authors}/{series_index:0>3s|| - }{title} - {authors}
Use this template as an example, it creates a directory for each book with the name of series, series number and title and then puts all formats of the book into the directory. I created this long ago from a sheer desperation when the new models of PocketBooks screwed up the "display the filenames" option in library and started to display metadata instead (and the default title doesn't have series number )

You can also use Metadata Plugboards in Calibre and change title to contain series info and number together with the actual book title so you can use any e-book reader.
