Thank you for your message. I already did your saying as step by step and It is still same.
By the way, I tried to connect my Kobo to different computer with USB cable. Firstly, It has got AVG Antivirus Protector. It gave a warning message as Trojan Horse! I ingore it then I opened Calibre. I did not receive any communication error and sent my e-books clearly to my device.
I guess I have problem with former PC. Can Antivir block Calibre as contect to Kobo?
