Use the e-book editor to remove it

1)segment file with no content?: Simple: Delete and save the book
2)The Style contains a PageBreak command. Make changes
3)Lots of Blank Paragraphs (before the cover <IMG ): Clean up that mess. Margin-top is the
elegant way to code blank space above
