And I got the same problem as before (in my update/2nd post)

WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied

This is on a new laptop, Windows 10, 64 bit.
Access denied can be the Source of the import , not just the destination (new Laptop)

Does the backup media (where you saved the export) check out?
