You'd probably have to ask the publisher why they are no longer including Kobo in the sales. There could be numerous reasons (they might be in a Kobo sale on one of the coupon pages, for example--and in that case, if they had a lower price specified AND a coupon it might end up selling for less than they planned.) It may be something simple or an oversight on their end (the kobo person is on vacation?) There are LOTS of little details to be taken care of when a sale is done, trust me!
