I'm not sure how closely they follow the Rotten Tomatoes model, but the problem with RT is that if (in a worst case scenario) if every critic gave a movie a barely passing rating it would still show up as 100% fresh.
And in borderline cases it requires some judgement on RTs part to decide if the review should be rated fresh or rotten. I mainly use it as a link to the reviews and not just look at the percentages.
