Dale, Form His Post it does apper he is in the Americas, i.e. Canada, so his complaints about Astak's checkout process do appear to be legitimate.

And I agree about the payment options. I can understand that it takes time to setup CC processing, but why can't they add Paypal / Google checkout options. you can add those pretty fast, and do provide the customer with some measure of relief and protection.
