Am I supposed to be seeing a cover.jpg in my files when I open editor? I never had it before, and now it seems to be automatically generated even after I delete it. I would personally prefer not to have it, but will leave it if it's necessary for some future reason. I mean, it has always shown up on my reader and the viewer without that file and I don't 'Mark as cover image', so...
