Wow! I just got a Kobo price match credit in about 4 hours!!!! I'd still prefer to have more frequent/higher value coupon codes rather than the price matching, but this is pretty impressive.

I'm now 3-for-3 on painless and hassle-free price matches, all of which came within a couple of days. But the 4 hour response on this last one has sort of left me blown away...

What is happening to Kobo???
