I've started listening to What Angels Fear by C.S. Harris (narrated by Davina Porter). I have the first few chapters under my belt and am enjoying it immensely. It's a murder mystery whose action takes place in England during the reign of King George III. The narration is excellent, and I'm immediately liking the fellow, Viscount Sebastian St. Cyr, who is accused of not only a young lady's murder, but also of the murder of one of the officials who comes to arrest him. He's innocent of both charges, of course, and this one has me wondering how he will ever extract himself from this quagmire.
This is the first in a series featuring Sebastian St. Cyr, and if the quality with which it has begun continues unabated throughout the book, it won't be the last of the series I read.
