I'm a Connie Willis fan, and I would reconsider Passage, if I were you. It was my least favorite novel of hers. I agree with Harry that she can be inconsistent. Doomsday Book, despite some problems, is one of my all-time favorite novels. To Say Nothing of the Dog is a lot of fun if you're familiar with Three Men in a Boat. I tend to like her stories and novellas better than her novels, for the most part.

Edited to get back on topic: I've never listened to any of Connie Willis's works, but this discussion made curious about the audio version of To Say Nothing of the Dog. I can be picky about readers. Anyone have any opinions on Steven Crossley?
